Sample Day Trip Itinerary
Enjoy a morning, scenic boat ride from Deep Cove to Camp Jubilee along Indian Arm in one of our 40-passenger vessels. One of our friendly hosts will welcome you and get you started with your adventurous day.
Your group will be split in to groups of 15 and participate in two exciting activities. Whether it be an entertaining and educational voyageur canoe ride exploring Indian Arm or plan and execute as a team through a series of Low Ropes challenges, these activities help your group learn how to work together to over come obstacles.
After a nutritious lunch, you will participate in an afternoon team building exercise that is designed to build decision-making and problem solving skills.
Take in the beautiful scenery as you enjoy your boat ride back to Deep Cove by mid-afternoon.
Trip A: Indian Arm Explorer!
This day trip offers students and groups of all ages the opportunity to explore the nature, wildlife and history of Indian Arm. On board our 40 passenger Transport Canada certified vessels, Oceanwatch and Oceanwatch II, students will learn about this beautiful fjord and its history including First Nations pictograph sites, waterfalls, islands and the Buntzen Power Stations.
Trip B: Meeting with a Difference!
Looking for a unique venue to bring your group together—Camp Jubilee’s could be for you! We have hosted many board meetings, strategic planning sessions and Team building events for non-profit, community and business groups. Come for the day and meet in a restored log building. Lunch and coffee breaks also included!
Trip C: Day Trips For School’s and Youth Groups!!
Bring your children or youth groups for the day participating in a variety of activities including canoeing, archery and team building. The day includes boat transportation to and from Deep Cove, activities and a nutritious lunch. This option is well suited for both children and youth.
Trip D: Water, Eagles and Hot Dogs
This day trip includes a guided boat tour that will put you in touch with the history and spectacular scenery of Indian Arm, You will have the opportunity to view seals, eagles, and other marine wildlife, this tour also includes a stop at Camp Jubilee for a campfire and Hot Dog lunch. This trip is only available Tuesdays or Thursdays.
