CANCELLATION POLICY

Campers unable to attend a session for any reason will receive a refund, less a $25.00 adminstration fee provided our office is notified in writing 14 days prior to the start of the session.  If less than 14 days notice is given, we will attempt to fill your spot from our waiting list and if we are successful, you will receive a refund less a $25.00 administration fee.  Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
