Camp Jubilee offers wages from $80.00 ($10/hr) per day to $112.00 ($14/hr) per day.  In addition to wages, Camp Jubilee provides room and board to all employees during employment.

Program staff are hired as Instructors/Cabin Leaders and should understand that during the Outdoor School, they sleep in separate staff accommodation cabins, however during summer camp period, all Cabin Leaders sleep in cabins with their assigned cabin group. 

Program staff will generally work 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday) during the Outdoor School period.  Additional work comes available during the Outdoor School period where staff may assist with Friday daytrips or Saturday rental group activity needs.

Please note that employment is based on registration.  In the event that there is a shortage of work due to low registration, staff may be re-assigned to other positions or have extra day off periods.
